Anadarko Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (contractors) to provide for the construction of a new synthetic turf field and retaining walls located on the Anadarko High School Campus 1400 Warrior Drive, Anadarko, OK 73005 In general, the work will include a turnkey installation of a synthetic turf field to include site work, sub-base, drainage, synthetic turf, striping, and athletic equipment. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal price shall be submitted by all proposers to ensure faithful performance with the conditions of this RFP. Bid security must be one of the following: (1) certified check or cashier check; or (2) a properly executed bid bond payable to the Owner. Performance Bond in the amount of 100% must be furnished by successful contractor. Maintenance Bond providing one (1) year warranty against maintenance defects from the time of substantial completion. Labor and Material Payment Bonds in the total amount of the contract must be furnished by successful contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The Owner reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept the proposal(s) it considers the Best Value for the Owner, and the right to waive any all minor irregularities in the proposal(s). The Owner further reserves the right to reject all proposals and seek new proposals when such action would be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
