Said bid will be received at the Anadarko Public Schools by Jerry McCormick and Daniel Pittman Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent. Immediately following the time stated above the bids will be publicly read aloud at Anadarko Public Schools. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of (5%) of the bid shall accompany the submitted proposal of each bidder.
