Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ridgeway, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
One bid for all work including General Construction, Heating & Ventilating Work and Electrical Work will be received. In general, the work consists of selective demolition in preparation for interior upgrades including new finishes, new mechanical system, electrical upgrades, miscellaneous exterior repairs, and site work for new equipment Wage rates shall be paid in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract. Interpretation or Correction of Bidding Documents: Should the Bidder find during the examination of Bidding Documents or after visit to the project site any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities or conflicts, bring question to the Architect's attention not later than 5:00 p.m. on February 18, 2022
