Basis of Award: The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor by total of all Items. Refer to Special Instructions to Vendors.
Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on the final bid tabulation.
County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Ownership Disclosure Requirements: In order to be considered a responsible Vendor, the Vendor must complete the Ownership Disclosure Form. See Special Instructions to Vendors for further information.
FEMA Requirements: Broward County, as a non-federal entity, is required to include the following contract clauses into contracts that may be subject to reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Interested bidders or proposers are instructed to review the requirements of the attachment titled, FEMA Contract Clauses effective October 1, 2020, and acknowledge and agree to the specified contractual requirements.
