Solicit sufficient and verifiable information from prospective providers of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to provide experienced and expert services to White Pine County for construction of a Community Services Building. The anticipated time frame for pre-construction will be April 4, 2022. Construction will be from August 1, 2022 to January 1, 2024. The Board of County Commission reserves the right to change the budgets and schedules indicated above. The Community Services Building will enhance the quality of life for White Pine County and City of Ely residents. The building will house offices for the Juvenile Probation, Social Services, Ely Bus and Community Health. The CMAR will provide the required pre-construction and construction services. Pre-construction services shall include assisting the design team with constructability matters, construction cost, value engineering, fast-track options and scheduling. The construction services shall include determining a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), procurement of all subcontractor contracts, and managing construction of the project.
