**As of March 16,2022, the project was awarded to Lansing Glass, the awarded amount is $31,500.00.** OWNER'S RIGHT TO REJECT PROPOSALS A. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The Owner reserves the right to contract within sixty (60) days following the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to allow a Bidder to withdraw their bid within 24 hours of bid opening. Bidders cannot withdraw their bid without the written consent of the Owner. Enforcement of the Bid Bond will be at the sole discretion of the Owner, the Owner reserves the right to exercise the Bid Bond or not if a Bidder is allowed to withdraw their bid. If the Owner elects to not exercise their option on the Bid Bond they will do so in writing to the Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part or accept any proposals in whole or part, including scope and pricing clarifications made during the Post Bid Interview process that, in the opinion of the Owner, will serve its best interest. The use of the pronoun he/his throughout this document is to be considered interchangeable for either gender. TYPES OF PROPOSALS A. Contractor bids shall be submitted in one single lump sum category entitled General Construction which shall include all portions of the work. Proposals shall be made on unaltered copies of Proposal Forms as herein enclosed, furnished by the Architect. The Bidder shall fill in all blank spaces and the proposal shall be signed by a legal officer or agent who is authorized to bind the bidder to a contract. B. Hard Copies of Bids must be submitted in duplicate. Electronic or faxed bids will not be accepted. C. The Contractor(s) are wholly responsible for any and all costs associated with assembling and submitting a bid and assembly of information and participating in a Post Bid Interview.
