Bid packages include BP 6 General Trades, BP 9.3 Epoxy floor, BP 22 Building Plumbing, BP 23 Mechanical, BP 26 Electrical, Prime Trade Agreements will be assigned to the Construction Manager. Bid Manual dated 02/04/2022 prepared by Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. 1733 N. 33rd Ave. Stone Park, IL. 60165, Asbestos Design Project dated 01/24/2022 prepared by Weaver Consultants Group 35 E. Wacker Dr. Chicago IL. 60601 and all addenda issued by Vision Construction and Consulting, Inc. during the bid period.
