Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Pendleton, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Installation services to install 2 bottle fillers and replace 16 water coolers with bottle fillers at multiple locations. TCTC has already purchased all coolers to be installed. The job scope is to remove 16 existing water coolers and replace them with new water coolers that have bottle fillers and install 2 additional bottle fillers. TCTC will supply the 16 new Elkay cooler/bottle fillers Model # EZS8WSLK and the 2 bottle fillers for each area. TCTC has already purchased the necessary coolers and they are currently on campus and ready for installation. The work area is at multiple campuses and buildings: Pendleton, Easley and Oconee Campuses and Anderson, Easley and Oconee Quick Job Buildings. The scope will include all plumbing, electrical, and sheetrock repair/replacement/painting with scheduling and access coordinated with designated Tri-County staff. The general contractor is responsible for cleaning the areas of all waste and disposal of the old coolers. A final inspection of each area shall be performed. The general contractor is responsible for all labor and materials to remove old coolers and install the new ones. Award is scheduled to be posted on or before 02/25/2022
