Site work for a mixed-use development in Sedgwick, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Attached are the bid documents for the East Campground & Boat Parking Improvement Project. Principal items include the purchase, hauling of roadbase; associated earthwork; purchase, delivery, and installation of 6 x6 timber edging. Refer all bidding questions regarding this project to Shawn Krier, Project Manager (shawn.krier@state.co.us). All questions must be submitted in writing by email. The Division of Parks and Wildlife reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept any proposals deemed desirable. Bids shall be submitted on the bid form furnished. Bids must be manually signed in ink. All bid items must be priced or the bid will be disqualified. A Purchase Order will be issued to the awarded bidder for this project. The project work will be mutually scheduled between the Project Manager, Park Manager and the Contractor. Project shall be completed by March 31, 2022. The PROJECT MANAGER AND/OR PARK MANAGER will be at the project site periodically to monitor construction activities and ensure that each work item is completed and constructed to design specifications. Inspections will be scheduled with the PROJECT MANAGER. It is the Contractor responsibility to schedule inspections with the Project Manager so as not to delay work All work will take place at Jumbo Reservoir State Wildlife Area, Sedgwick County, Colorado.
