Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Roxbury Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The contract includes sidewalk removal and replacement of existing sidewalks, new sidewalk installation, sidewalk removal and restoration, curbing work (repair and installation) and ADA ramps with detectable surfaces. The contract period is for two years with the option to renew the third year at the discretion of the governing body. Proposals shall be made on the forms provided and made part of the Contract Documents, which shall be submitted intact. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Roxbury, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of 10 percent of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the Bidder together with a Surety Consent evidencing that he can obtain the required Performance Bond. The successful Bidder shall be required to deliver to the Township an executed Performance Bond of a responsible indemnity company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The Township of Roxbury reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the Township.
