Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Argos, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of full depth road reconstruction, road widening, milling and resurface work, curb and gutter construction, concrete curb ramps, storm sewer structure removal and installation, and other appurtenant work for eight (8) streets totaling an approximate 5,000 linear feet of roadway wholly within the Town of Argos. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana. Additional Bidding requirements are in the Instructions to bidders included in the Project Documents. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the OWNER. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
