2023 Community Crossings Road Improvement Call 2. The Project consists of full depth asphalt road reconstruction, curb and gutter construction, approximate (2,800LF), ADA concrete curb ramps, sidewalk, approximate (2,850LF), storm sewer structure and pipe installation, approximate(510 LF) and other appurtenant work for six (6) streets totaling an approximate 3,180 linear feet of roadway wholly within the Town of Argos. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid Will Be Required With Each Bid as Security for the Proper Execution of the Contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond Will Be Required of Successful Bidder. Bidder Shall Submit Indiana State Form 96 and Be Certified to Do Work in the State of Indiana.
