Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Argos, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of full depth asphalt, road reconstruction, asphalt mill and fill, curb and gutter construction, storm sewer structure and pipe installation, and other appurtenant work for six (6) street totalling an approximate 3,750 linear feet of roadway wholly within the Town of Argos. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana. Additional Bidding requirements are in the Instructions to bidders included in the Project Documents. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the OWNER. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive an informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
