Renovation of a mixed-use development in Argos, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids must be filed onthe required non-collusion affidavit properly signed and executed as evidence of financial responsibility and filed with Ms.Kerry Johnson, Superintendent,500 Yearick Street, Argos, IN 46501. Each bidder shall sub-mit either a bond, money order, cashier's check or certified check for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to Argos Community Schools. Facsimile delivered bid forms will not be accepted. All bids must be made in com-pliance with the laws governing such matters and the Argos School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to ac-cept the lowest responsible and responsive bid, not necessarily the low bid, or to accept bids on one or more separate items. Question Deadline 08/14/2025 interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed to LWC, Inc., 712 East Main Street, Richmond, Indiana 47374 or by email to Greg A.
