Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Shively, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

This Contract provides for the installation of approximately 2323 linear feet of 15-inch sewer; 22 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer; 177 linear feet of bore & jack of 30" casing pipe with 15" carrier pipe under Dixie Highway (US31W); 13 sanitary manholes; tie to 108-inch Sewer; pavement restoration; erosion prevention and sediment control; decommissioning of one pump station (Sonne Avenue); and appurtenant work. The project is generally located between Dixie Highway and Sonne Avenue, in the City of Shively. All work shall be done in accordance to MSD's Standard Specifications. The Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $ 750,000.00 and $1,250,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. This project is funded with funds provided by the Kentucky Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) with federal funds provided by the Environmental Protection Agency. SRF requirements (including American Iron and Steel and Federal Davis- Bacon Wage Rates) and provisions must be met by the Bidder and all subcontractors. This procurement will be subject to Kentucky Division of Water Procurement Guidance.
