Renovation of a municipal facility in Shively, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,320-square-foot municipal facility.
Shively City Hall Building Replacement Floor Bids for Shively City Hall Building Replacement Floor, 3920 Dixie Hwy, 40216. The City of Shively is looking to update the flooring in Shively City Hall. Shively will be accepting bids for this flooring project, (which will involve approximately 4,320 sq. ft.). City Hall has two levels, and flooring will be replaced on both levels but not in all areas. We currently have LVP flooring which will have to be removed. This will include multiple transitions, bathrooms (currently ceramic tile), kitchen (currently ceramic tile) and a stairwell. We are looking to replace the LVP flooring with new LVP but will be open to other options that are commercial solutions. We are also replacing approximately 40 sq. yds. of carpet. The bid should be all inclusive (trim, removing and reinstalling fixtures, and any furniture, file cabinets and desks that need to be moved for this flooring project) The City Reserves the Right and Power to Award a Contract to the Lowest and Best Bidder Or Reject Any and All Bids.
