Renovation of an educational facility in Shively, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
JCPS Project / BG #22-236 Description The scope of this Project shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the purchase, delivery, construction and installation of new interior solid core wood veneer doors and new hardware within existing metal frames to replace existing metal doors at ten (10) gymnasium door opening locations at Butler Traditional High School, located at Miscellaneous touch-up finish painting at existing metal frames to remain will be required. The existing metal doors shall be removed and disposed of by the Contractor. Existing selective hardware shall be salvaged and turned over to Jefferson County Public Schools. Bid Guaranty in the form of a Certified Cashier s Check or Bid Bond shall accompany each bid. The amount of the Bid Guaranty shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the bid set forth on the Form of Proposal. Refer to spec section JCPS Amendment to the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction for requirements for 100% performance and payment bonds.
