A. Furnish labor and materials to complete reroofing work indicated, as specified herein, or both. Report any damage or leaks to the Owner and the Architect before roof installation. 3. Replace any deteriorated wood nailers, install new nailers (blocking), fascia, as necessary. Install new, or raise existing curbs, nailers, ducts, electric lines, etc., as necessary for a minimum height of 10" above the finished roof surface. Goals for participation are set at 15% for Minority Business Enterprises and 10% for Women Business Enterprises in all construction contracting.
