Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Bid includes sanding down and resurfacing of gymnasium flooring at the Bolingbrook Recreation & Aquatic Complex. Work consists of floor replacement, sanding, painting of new athletic lines, and surface refinishing. Alternate includes painting of Park District logo at center court. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). All proposals must include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days.
