Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fairburn, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of November 15, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Bid Bond: A 5% Bid Bond is required for this project.Scope of Work: Fulton County, Georgia The Graham Drive Pump Station Upgrades will consist of a new flow meter, new storm drainage improvements, new odor control, replacement of existing pumps, valve, gates, and sump pump, switch gear, transformer, and generator replacement, building modifications, roof replacement, electrical upgrades, and other improvements. Bidders are required to attend. The site visit will be required at the Graham Drive Pump Station only. Contractors are not required to visit the offsite flow meter site but are encouraged to visit the site.Fee: N/AContract Term: Substantial completion 400 calendar days.
