City of St. Charles School District HVAC Upgrades Project Sealed bids are requested from qualified mechanical contractors for HVAC Upgrades at St. Charles West High School. The project consists of upgrading existing chillers, cooling towers and pumps. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders must provide a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum. The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and to comply with the Missouri Department of Labor Standards Prevailing Wage Rates. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
