The public will take notice that the Town of Mint Hill will accept sealed bids for the LED Sports Lighting Project. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 10am Thursday, March 3rd, 2022 at Mint Hill Town Hall. The Bid Documents may be downloaded from the Town's website at https://www.minthill.com/business/bids_rfp.php W00000000 The project areas are located within two active Town Parks. While the immediate work areas and any staging areas will be closed to the public, the remainder of the Park will be open. The Park is frequented by all sorts of visitors, most notably small children, special needs persons, senior citizens, and others who may be incapable of avoiding dangerous or unanticipated conditions (i.e. vehicles/equipment moving, open excavations, sharp/dangerous material storage). Vendors shall recognize this and maintain the highest level of job site awareness, safety, and security practicable. The contract period shall be: Veterans Memorial Park Soccer Fields (Area 1 & Area 2): Complete by October 1st , 2022. All other Areas: Complete by December 1st, 2022.
