The Town of Mint Hill is soliciting qualifications from engineering firms and teams to perform its 2022-23 Traffic Planning Study. This study will generally consist of intersection capacity analysis at 43 pre-identified locations within Mint Hill and its Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). The analysis will identify, at a minimum, the existing level of service (LOS) of the intersection and any conditions that are contributing to decreased LOS. A selection committee will review and rate submittals based on specific parameters in order to choose the most qualified firm/team. Short-listing and team presentations are not anticipated to occur for this project.
