Single-prime lump sum bids will be taken for construction as indicated in the bidding documents. Proposals must be made on standard forms furnished by the Town. The project is located at 8850 Fairview Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227 This will be a lump sum single prime formal bidding process, pursuant to NCGS 143-131, as the anticipated cost of this work is greater than $500,000. The laws of North Carolina and applicable regulations of various Licensing Boards and M/W/SBE provisions will be observed in receiving bids and awarding contracts.
