Site work and renovation of a civil project in Greenwood, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Wastewater Collection System Improvements project will consist of the rehabilitation of two lift stations and the installation of roughly 2,600 L.F. of 3 & 4 force main. Engineers Estimate: $364,000.00 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to BALAR Associates, Inc. at 631 Milam Street, Suite 300, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101 and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, will be mailed by certified mail with return receipt requested to all prospective bidders (at the respective addressed furnished for such purposes), not later than three days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Failure of any bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the contract documents.
