Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Luray, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK This project involves the replacement of an existing grinder sewer pump station with a suction lift sewer pump station at Luray Landing Sewer Pump Station #1, including site work, grading, fencing, pump installation, electrical wiring, and decommissioning of existing pump station and sewer main. Bid documents are available for viewing and downloading on the internet, and by request by sending an email to gshirley@raceyengineering.com Questions will be received up until March 4, 2022 at 4:00 PM local time and posted as addenda on the Town's website as well as by email to the plan holders list. All questions must be in writing and submitted to gshirley@raceyengineering.com.
