Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Luray, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn, modified, or cancelled until October 15, 2022.
