A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Owners objective in issuing the RFP is to provide a means by which to select a Build Operate Transfer Provider to provide design and construction services and a savings guarantee in regard to improvements to and within the Owner's sanitary sewer system. It is anticipated that a new lift station, force main, and gravity sewer improvements will be included parts of the Project. Other areas of the collection system may be included if identified by the Owner as part of its ongoing collection system assessments and are affordable. RFP responses will be reviewed to determine completeness prior to further evaluation. Owner may request an oral interview from one or more potential Providers to address specific issues. The interview will allow the potential Providers under consideration to clarify the specific points of their response to the RFP. Sealed Proposals are to include a fully executable Construction Agreement as outlined in the Southwest Regional Sanitary Sewer System Improvements RFP Guideline. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all RFP responses and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the timely received RFP responses.
