The California Conservation Corps (CCC), Los Padres Center has a need for interior and exterior painting on buildings 1524 (exterior only), 1529, 1533, 1534, 1546 (exterior only). Please see the scope of work for full details. Scope of work can be found in the IFB packet.The estimated budget of this Agreement is $185,000.00. All questions and answers must come through bidquestions@ccc.ca.gov only. The term of this Agreement is upon approvals through 6/30/2022.Anticipated Award Date 3/9/2022 The actual starting date of the contract is contingent upon approval of the agreement by the CCC and any other control agencies as necessary. Maintain a valid C33 - Painting and Decorating Contractor license issued by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs. Said license shall remain active and in good standing with the State of California throughout the duration of this contract. A payment bond as required in Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract for Construction is required if this bid is in excess of $25,000. This bond covers the costs of labor and/or materials provided by the contractor's employees, subcontractors, and suppliers in the event the contractor fails to make those payments. However, the payment bond is not required at bid opening. Contractor is responsible for the cost of the Payment Bond once awarded. Performance Bond: A performance bond is required per PCC 10221 if the contract is over $10,000. However, the performance bond is not required at bid opening. Contractor is responsible for the cost of the Performance Bond once awarded The percentage of incentive given is equal to the percentage of DVBE participation achieved from a minimum of 1.00 % to a maximum of 5.00 % not to exceed a total of $500,000. The SB Preference (5% up to $50,000) may be combined with the DVBE Incentive but will not exceed a combined total of $500,000. .
