Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in San Luis Obispo, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of San Luis Obispo is requesting sealed proposals from interested consultants to provide for Architectural Design Services required for City projects pursuant to Specification No. 1000550. The City proposes to select one qualified consultants to perform these services for the duration of the project. In general, the successful applicant will provide schematic design (Phase I) and construction documents (Phase II) for a new building to be constructed on City property. Selected Consultants will prepare high quality construction plans and specifications in accordance with City requirements and standards. Consultants with similar project experience are encouraged to submit proposals. Submittals received after said time will not be considered. To guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the Public Works Department in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the following: RFP title Specification number Consultant name Time and date of the proposal opening Proposals shall be submitted using the forms provided in the specification package Questions Contact Wyatt Banker-Hix at (805) 783-7859 or wbanker@slocity.org with any questions regarding this Request for Qualifications.
