Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a residential development; and residential development.

UPDATE: SOLICITATION NOTICE and ATTACHMENTS Proposals are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the Eureka BLM Crew Quarters project. Base work consists of site work related to construction of crew quarters, including erosion control, construction staking, site grading, installation of sewer main with two manholes and laterals, connect sewer main to county sewer connection. Install new water service, connecting to existing county water main, connect water service to new crew quarters, connect to existing administrative office. Construct aggregate base parking area and connecting road, sidewalk and post curb, and concrete walkways and concrete pad for propane tank. Connect crew quarters to existing electrical service, install conduit for parking lot lighting, install conduit for phone connection. Optional work consists of building demolition, trailer pads, parking area lighting, yard hydrant, bedroom furniture, and living room furniture. Project Location: The Eureka Fire Compound is located in Eureka County on Highway 50, approximately one mile north of Eureka, Nevada. It is located at approx. Latitude 3932'04"N, Longitude 11558'10"W, and in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, T19N, R53E, M.D.B. & M., at an elevation of approximately 6500 feet. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
