Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Asphaltic paving on these projects shall be terminated before November 18, 2022. Any work performed beyond that date will be only by permission of the County. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check payable to the Dane County Highway and Transportation Department, or by a bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid. The bid bond can be uploaded electronically with the bid submission. Successful bidders shall also furnish Dane County with a performance bond equal to 100% of the contracted amount County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and to choose the bid that best meets the specifications and needs of the County.
