Renovation of an educational facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a eight-story above grade educational facility.

Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Contractor must submit hard copies of bid to UWSA within 10 working days of being notified of award.Security for Separate 100% Performance and Separate 100% Payment Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality in any bid, or to accept any bid which will serve the best interests of the Owner.The Owner reserves the right to reject any unit prices as given in the bid if they are considered excessive or unreasonable, or to accept any or all of the unit prices that may be considered fair and reasonable. If any unit price is rejected, the work governed by such unit price, if required, shall be treated as specified in General Conditions.
