As of April 29, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. 2021 North Bonneville Distribution Project The Project includes both a Base Bid and four Bid Additives. The Base Bid includes 1.6 miles of a 12.47kV feeder that is to be converted to underground (UG) and upsized for current carrying capacity to pick up the load of the North Bonneville 12kV substation (by the 12kV feeder between North Bonneville and Stevenson 12kV substation). Additionally, the distribution work also includes new UG feeder across SR14 to provide a tie on Dam Access Road and replacing underground lines on Cascade Drive between the North Bonneville 12kV substation and Roosevelt Street. Bid Additive #1 is a price deduct if Substation Contract is awarded to prospective bidder in addition to the Distribution Contract Bid Additive #2 includes converting the remainder of the feeder from overhead to underground between Ashes Lake and SW Rock Creek Dr. This section is approximately 1.2 miles. Bid Additive #3 includes relocating approximately 1/2 mile of line from overhead to underground in the area along Cascade Dr, from Roosevelt Rd to Bonneville Hot Springs Resort and replace 1/2 mile of the existing single phase direct bury conductor with three (3) phase conductors in conduit between the Moffetts Hot Springs and the future subdivision on the North side of the Greenleaf Slough All transformers will be replaced with padmount, and all services to homes and streetlights will need to be maintained. Bid Additive #4 includes replacing approximately 2,100 feet of three-phase primary underground 1/0 cable with 4/0 cable in existing 4 inch conduit in the Cascades Business Park. The PUD reserves the right to waive minor informalities or irregularities in the bidding, accept the lowest responsible bid, reject any or all bids, or republish the call for bids. In the comparison of Bids, alternates will be applied in the same order of priority as listed in the Bid Form. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the PUD.
