The City of Binghamton is requesting proposals for a one year contract for Environmental Services. It is anticipated that this term will be in effect for one year, with an option to renew for two additional years. This project consists of work associated with the Environmental Services necessary for Building Demolition. These services consist of but are not limited to: Asbestos Testing, Pre-Demolition Surveys, Project Monitoring, Air Monitoring and Environmental Phase I and II Audits of properties. The Following tasks associated with the above needs are as follows: - Asbestos Testing PLM/DS - Asbestos Testing GMR/PLM - Asbestos Testing TEM - Pre-Demolition Survey(s) & Report(s) - PCM Air Sampling Analysis (24 hour turnaround) - PCM Air Sampling Analysis (immediate turn around) - Project Air Monitoring Report(s) - Phase I and II Environmental Audits where needed. - Hourly and per each rates should be attached. The winning contractor will submit a bi-weekly invoice to the City Engineering Department for payment. A check will be issued by the City of Binghamton to pay for this invoice. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
