Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 15 Days Standard Acq The Improvements under this District Wide Push-Button Contract consist of a means whereby the Department can provide a quick response for resolving unexpected problems concerning miscellaneous roadway improvements, minor drainage, ADA improvements, guardrail, signalization, signing, and pavement markings for a period of five years. However, any projects issued shall be concluded within the terms of this Contract. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to complete the work in accordance to the work plan, specifications, procedures and terms of the Contract. The Department will not specify crew size, work methods or equipment to provide that the desired work quality is achieved, as evaluated by the Engineer. The budgetary ceiling for this Contract shall be $5,000,000, shall be awarded with an initial encumbrance of $0 dollars. The Department will authorize services based on need and availability of budget. The scope of work may be adjusted in order that available funds are expended.
