The project consists of replacing the existing main distribution panel with a new shorter height panel that fit in the room. Review the project specific designated survey (DSS) report to determine abatement or other corrective measures that are required. A short circuit evaluation and arc flash study and labeling are required for this new switchgear. Include HAZMAT abatement work where required. Important Notes: 86 Clarence St. building was designated as Classified (Heritage). GC to consider this when doing work at site. GC to ensure the Attendance sheet at the mandatory site visit is signed by their company rep, or bid may be disqualified. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Ensure signing on Consultant's list of attendees prior to leaving the site, otherwise bid my be disqualified.
