The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting quotations for roof tear off and replacement of the Pickerel Lake Park Restroom located at 6001 Ramsdell Dr NE, Rockford, MI 49341. Pickerel Lake will require a 900ft. hike each way on a seasonal service drive in order to access the building for inspection. There is an alternate route, 0.3mi from parking lot, over the boardwalk. The service drive will be available for use when the project commences. Work to be completed by 10/28/2022.
