Site work for a water / sewer project in Wood Dale, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The base bid rehabilitation work will consist of approximately 4,500 LF of pre-construction cleaning and televising, 3,950 linear feet of lining (8" diameter), seven (7) point repairs, grouting of approximately sixty (60) laterals, six (6) protruding tap removals, eighty (80) CIPP lateral liner installations, one hundred and twenty-nine (129) laterals to be cleaned & televised, and restoration and other related and incidental work. Lateral quantities do not match due to the buffer quantity of CIPP lateral liners built into the bid schedule. The alternate bid rehabilitation work will consist of approximately 1,140 LF of pre-construction cleaning and televising, 1,140 linear feet of lining (8" diameter), grouting of approximately sixteen (16) laterals, two (2) protruding tap removals, twenty-two (22) CIPP lateral liner installations, thirty-six (36) laterals to be cleaned & televised, and restoration and other related and incidental work. Lateral quantities do not match due to the buffer quantity of CIPP lateral liners built into the bid schedule.
