OPW 54316 - 2022 Concrete Pavement Repair - Residential Area 4512 project. *The work shall consist of Concrete Pavement Repair, Remove and Replace Curb Inlet Top, ADA Curb Ramps, Driveway and Median Repair. *This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). **This project qualifies for Apprentice utilization. Contractor should attach Apprenticeship Incentive Form (AIF) with their bid submission to utilize this provision. ***This project does not have an SEB reserve. The Work will be substantially completed within _445_ days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within __475_ days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. This work shall consist of, but is not limited to, concrete pavement repair, sidewalk repair, median resurfacing repair, driveway repair, removal and replacement of curb inlet tops, pavement striping and all other necessary work required as defined in the contract documents. All work shall be done in accordance with the draft 2020 City of Omaha Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, including any amendments or supplemental specifications, the 2020 Standard Plates, the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and all other requirements or amendments contained within the Contract Documents.
