Renovation of an educational facility in Weston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Work consists of: a. Contractor shall visit the site prior to commencement of work to coordinate work with Town of Weston. b. Removal of existing packaged DX, gas fired rooftop unit, electrical and automatic controls. c. Installation of new packaged DX, gas fired energy recovery rooftop unit, electrical, automatic controls and appurtenances. d. New gas piping and valve connection to rooftop unit. e. Factory startup and commissioning of new rooftop unit and applicable controls. f. Electrical: Electrically disconnect all mechanical equipment indicated to be removed. New power wiring to new mechanical equipment. g. Contractor shall final clean each work area upon completion and acceptance to the standards and specifications of Owner. h. All work shall be in strict conformance with all applicable code requirements. i. Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary forms, paperwork, invoices and documentation to assist the Town of Weston in attaining any available rebates related to this work from the appropriate utility provider(s). j. Proposals shall be inclusive of all work for complete installation and operation of equipment herein before described..
