Renovation of a municipal facility in Weston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A 5% bid deposit must accompany all bids. This contract is subject to a 7.24% MBE and a 3.6% WBE participation requirement. Description of work: Surface preparation of existing piping, valve bodies & concrete surfaces for corrosion protection tape wrap & 100% epoxy coating system, grout, concrete surface repairs, cast-in-place concrete. Any apprentice not registered with DAS regardless of whether they are registered with another federal, state, local, or private agency must be paid the journeyworker's rate.
