Request for Qualifications for Eight Trade Contractor Packages (Track 2): Tile (Track 2); Acoustical Tile (Track 2); Resilient Floors (Track 2); Painting (Track 2); Fire Protection Sprinkler System (Track 2); Plumbing (Track 2); HVAC (Track 2); Electrical (Track 2), for DCP - McCormack Renovation and Modernization, Boston, MA. The scope of work involves a total of approximately 13,400 square feet on three separate floors. Areas of renovation generally include offices, open workstation areas, conference and hearing rooms, support spaces and kitchenettes. Plumbing - Track 2 ($757,485); HVAC - Track 2 ($1,027,969); Electrical - Track 2 ($2,247,203). This is a Construction Management at Risk project under M.G.L. C. 149A. Interested firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified if they are interested in later bidding on the project. DCAMM Certification applies for this process. This Request for Qualifications is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the Qualification Statement and then, at a later date, only the prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified. This required Qualification Statement is different from DCAMM Certification. All firms must be qualified for this project, even if they are already DCAMM Certified. The Construction Manager is W.T.
