This project primarily consists of demolishing a 15' x 15' CMU building and reconstructing a 18' x 28' x 8' CMU building in its place at Cheyenne Sports Park, located at 3500 E. Cheyenne Ave., North Las Vegas, NV 89030. The project scope includes; demolition, and construction of the building pad/foundation, a new CMU building, roofing, painting, CMU perimeter fence/wall, entrance gate, and architectural/structural drawings. The Project shall be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The work hours for this project will be Monday through Friday, from 6:00am to 4:00pm. The estimated monetary range of this project is $150,000 to $250,000. The contractor selected for this project shall ensure that all employees on the work site are paid in accordance with the current prevailing wage rates as approved by the State Labor Commissioner, and keep accurate records of these payments using LCP Tracker, whenever the actual value of the contract totals $100,000 or more. There will be no formal bid opening for this project. The bid due date and instructions for bid submissions will be provided to attendees at the Mandatory Prebid Conference.
