Reference Number 0000217492 Source ID PU.AC.ON.214207.C79051 Question Acceptance Deadline 2022/02/16 04:00:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No St. Lawrence College invites Tenders from qualified proponents for the provision of Roof Consulting Services for roof repairs and replacements to the College's Cornwall, Brockville and Kingston Campus Facilities. A number of roof systems at these campuses are in need of repair, replacement and/or partial replacement. A Roof Condition Assessment was carried out in 2011 at the three Campuses and most roofs have been patched on a reactive/as needed basis. The College is initiating a replacement program on those roofs found to be in the worst conditions. Therefore, the College has initiated a roof replacement plan at the three campuses, pending budget approval. While it is not expected that all roof areas can be replaced at once, a design is being requested at this time for various roofs and a decision will be made once budget has been secured as to which roofs can be replaced in the summer of 2023. General Requirements - Insurance Required The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
