Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hopkins, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: ITEM QTY UNIT Bituminous Pavement 3,000 SQ YD Concrete Curb & Gutter 500 LIN FT Concrete Driveway & Walk 300 SQ YD Hydroseeding 6,200 SQ YD Striping 550 LIN FT Watermain (Open Cut) 1,500 LIN FT Watermain (Trenchless) 1,900 LIN FT Watermain Lining 3,000 LIN FT Storm Sewer Pipe 450 LIN FT Storm Sewer Lining 350 LIN FT together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be substantially complete by 10/28/2022. PLAN HOLDERS LIST, ADDENDUMS AND BID TABULATION: The plan holders list, addendums and bid tabulations will be available for download on-line To access the electronic bid form, download the project document and click online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Hopkins shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
