Reference number : 1568100 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Coaticook is requesting tenders for the supply and spreading of a layer of granular material MG-20b (100% fracturing), above the existing roadway on various roads in the rural sector of the municipality of Coaticook. The City of Coaticook does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders that will have been received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). It is the entire responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that his envelope is sent in due time to the place provided. The City may, if it is advantageous for it to do so, disregard any lack of conformity of the tender if this defect does not break the rule of equality between the tenderers. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond 10% is required.
