It should be noted that your price must include the cost of transport and according to the desired rate of the person in charge. In addition, this work must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the said general specifications and specifications of the Ministère des Transports, be accepted by the Ministère de l'Environnement du Québec. A copy of the tender documents (specifications) as well as the tender forms can be obtained via the Constructo website under the name of Electronic Tender System, from February 15, 2022 . The City of Coaticook does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders that will have been received and does not incur any obligation or expense of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The City of Coaticook may, if it is advantageous for it to do so, disregard any lack of conformity of the tender if this defect does not break the rule of equality between the tenderers.
