Reference number : 1779576 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-12-04 Redevelopment of several premises to allow the installation of a new automated biochemistry line. Asbestos removal work is planned in all phases of the work. The work involves, among other things, the demolition of existing fixed furniture, the patching of walls, floors, ceilings, the construction of new walls to make a mechanical room and a new laboratory entrance, the demolition of two existing doors and the installation of a new door and a new pass-through, the installation of two new ventilation units with an external condenser, Install new ventilation and exhaust ducts, modify the existing plumbing, install a new emergency shower and eye wash, do under-slab drainage, install two new electrical panels, add or move electrical and computer outlets, make a new electrical connection for the new biochemistry line and manufacture new fixed furniture. All work must be done in several phases in "occupied environment" conditions. Duration of work : 8 - 10 weeks.
