Remodeling of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Owen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 16,060-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility; and 16,060-square-foot, 20-room elderly care / assisted living facility.
The CCRLC is seeking bids for the 1st floor remodel of the East Wing at the CCRLC. The remodel will consist of 20 resident rooms and bathrooms along with the associated common and staff spaces. The remodel area is approximately 16,060 square feet. CCRLC is seeking bids for carpentry/general trades, drywall, ceramic tiling, resilient flooring, carpeting, food service equipment, cabinets/countertops, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. All building construction work on this project shall be substantially completed by Jan. 31 , 2023. Community Living Solutions is working with CCRLC as their Architect and Construction Manager for this project. The award of contract will be made to the lowest, responsible/ qualified bidder subject to the terms contained within the bid packet. Clark County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and/or to waive any technicality.
